About Me

My love of games started in a small game shop in Bowling Green Ohio named R&B Games. We, the core group at R&B, played every card game, every miniature game, and every board game we could get out hands on. Me and my R&B friends would spend countless hours/days/months/years playing all kinds of games spending our spare pennies to get the most/best games we could get. For me it was more than a hobby it was an education, a lifestyle, a means to a higher purpose. That was until R&B closed their doors, I shed a tear but I knew that it had instilled in me a love of games that I had to nurture and live with.

TL;DR: I like games!

D&D: I have been playing D&D off and on since my I was around 11 years old. I been in quite a number of different games. I have made life long friends playing D&D and I really enjoy the game. I was also lucky enough to meet and be in a class ran by Dave Arneson "the father of D&D" during my time at Full Sail and I really treasure that experience.  D&D has been a kind and cruel mistress demanding my meager pennies for a look under her skirt but she has been kind in that meeting people that love her as I do has created friendships that I value a great deal.

Warhammer: I have been playing Warhammer fantasy since I was a child of age 12. I first started as a Skaven player but I also have an Orcs and Goblins army that I use on occasion. Also I have recently inherited my brothers Empire army that I have been using for quite some time now. My 40k army has been the Tau and really not for lack of trying I am rather inexperienced with them. The 40k scene in my area has been dried up for quite some time and due to our lack of game store it appears it might stay that way.

Board Games: I enjoy a good game of board from time to time my favorites in no particular order: Agricola, Puerto Rico, Settlers of Catan, Small World, A Game of Throne. I have played a number of different board games and I love trying a new game out when ever I can.

Flash Games: An obsession of mine has been playing and searching out the best flash games that I can find. My favorite portal is Kongregate mostly because I think they are the best/nicest to flash developers. My Kong account is revesandles look me up/friend me if you wish. My favorites in no particular order: Desktop Tower Defense, Villainous, Monster Slayers, Cursed Treasure. Those are my current favorites and are just a small sample of what type of game I like to play(read: Tower Defense Fiend).
